Chuck has worked in real estate law in Portland since passing the bar in 1984. A graduate of St. Lawrence University and the Vermont Law School, Chuck worked with Northeast Land Title as a partner and began Guaranty Title in 1995. He opened  C.H. McLaughlin Title Company in 2003 with the goal of staying small and responsive to better serve the real estate industry in Maine and Massachusetts.
